Meet Our Trainer

  • Founder

    David began strength training as a client in 2010 while preparing for Ironman Canada. Years of competing in endurance events had left his body teetering on the brink of injury: inhibited muscles, improper joint function, and poor posture threatened to put an end to any physical activities, let alone racing. But after a few months of consistent work with a personal trainer, he was stronger, faster, and moved better than ever. A former collegiate rower, avid runner, cyclist, and stair climber, David is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

    He lives in Chicago with his wife, Robin.
